Agreement to these terms
This website is operated by PMR LLC under the PepMedic Labs name (“PepMedic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our other posted policies. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Research use only
Every product sold by PepMedic is offered strictly for lawful in-vitro and laboratory research. Products are not for human consumption, veterinary use, clinical application, diagnosis, treatment, or use in food, drugs, supplements, or cosmetics. Additional purchaser representations appear in our Research Use Only policy and are incorporated into these terms.
Eligibility and purchaser representations
You must be at least 21 years old and qualified to purchase and handle laboratory research materials. By ordering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, that your purchase and intended use are lawful, and that trained personnel will handle the products in an appropriate research environment.
Products, information, and pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is submitted. We may correct errors, update specifications, limit quantities, or discontinue products. Product descriptions and reference materials are informational and do not constitute medical advice, health claims, or a recommendation for any unapproved use.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase and is not accepted until payment is authorized and we confirm acceptance. Payments are processed by an approved third-party provider. We may refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order for suspected fraud, incorrect information, inventory limitations, legal or compliance concerns, or a violation of these terms. If a canceled order has been charged, the appropriate amount will be returned to the original payment method.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed, and risk associated with an incorrect customer-supplied address may remain with the purchaser.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use the website or products unlawfully; misrepresent your identity, age, qualifications, or intended use; interfere with website security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; submit fraudulent payment or delivery information; or reproduce site content without permission.
Intellectual property
The PepMedic name, logos, site design, graphics, photographs, and original written content are owned by or licensed to PMR LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the website for its intended purpose.
Third-party services
The website may rely on third parties for hosting, payments, shipping, analytics, communications, or linked content. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites outside our control.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided without warranties not expressly stated in writing. The purchaser assumes responsibility for lawful receipt, storage, handling, and research use. PMR LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from misuse of products or use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and severability
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Kansas unless applicable law requires otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
