Shipping rates

• Orders below $100: available USPS rates are calculated from the delivery address and displayed at checkout.
• Orders of $100 or more: complimentary standard shipping is applied automatically.

The free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes or shipping charges. Expedited services, when available, are not included in the free standard-shipping offer.

Processing times

We aim to prepare orders received before 2:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, on the same business day. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends, or on recognized holidays are generally prepared the next business day. High order volume, address verification, weather, or carrier conditions may extend processing time.

Shipping methods and delivery

Orders are shipped through USPS. The services and estimated transit times available for a particular address are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin when the carrier accepts the package and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking

After a label is created, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with the order. Carrier scans can take time to appear after a shipment is handed off.

Shipping area and address accuracy

PepMedic currently ships only to supported United States addresses. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows damage, loss, or delivery to an incorrect location, contact office@pepmediclabs.com as soon as possible with the order number and relevant photographs or carrier information. We will review the issue and work with USPS when a carrier claim is appropriate.

Packaging

Orders are packed discreetly and with materials selected to protect product integrity during ordinary domestic transit. Customers remain responsible for following the storage information supplied with each product promptly after delivery.
