Quality & Documentation Status

What the available records show, what remains unverified, and what to ask about before ordering.

A verified current-lot match is not published here. The published records do not document independent authentication of the archived report images or their connection to the lots currently being supplied. An archived image alone does not establish test results for current inventory.

Available records

The archive contains 7 report images with printed analysis dates from February 2025 through February 2026. Each image includes a sample name, report number, and batch field. These details are transcribed on the archived report page so the limits of each record remain visible.

An archived report image is a historical record, rather than certification of a current product listing. Neither an older report nor a matching product name and quantity establishes a connection to the physical lot being supplied.

Two separate checks

  1. Report authenticity: confirm that the original laboratory issued the report and that the sample identifiers, dates, methods, and results agree with the original record.
  2. Current-lot connection: match the sampled batch to the supplier records and the lot identifier on the material actually being supplied. If supplier and internal lot identifiers differ, the connection needs supporting records.

Neither check is documented for current inventory in the records published here. We do not present the archived results as a sitewide purity claim or as proof that current stock was independently tested.

Sample names and catalog names

The archive associated with the GLP-3 listing contains images whose printed sample names are “Retatrutide 10mg” and “Retatrutide 20mg”. The archive preserves those names as printed. Association with a catalog page does not verify product identity or a current-lot match.

Use the exact sample name, report number, quantity, and batch identifier when asking about a report. A storefront name alone is not sufficient to reconcile the record.

Read only the results actually reported

Purity and the amount of material reported per vial are separate measurements. A purity percentage does not establish vial content, sterility, or endotoxin status. Any conclusion must stay within the tests and sample covered by the original report.

The archived KLOW and Tesofensine images report quantities without a printed purity percentage. The archived images do not present sterility or endotoxin results. Do not infer those results from a product name, packaging, or another test.

Ask about a specific product or lot

Before ordering, contact PepMedic with the product name, quantity, and SKU. If you already have the material, include the lot exactly as printed on its label and your order number.

Ask which lot would be supplied, whether a report covers that lot, how the lot connection is documented, and which tests are included. Where evidence is missing, the documentation status remains unverified; an archived image is not a substitute.
